Shipping Policies

Please Read Our Shipping Policy Carefully

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and are working to get it shipped out. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

When do we ship?

All orders are shipped by UPS Ground or Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service from Monday to Friday with the exception of Statutory Holidays.

Please contact us for details. We will usually process your order within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are sent out daily. For any items that are not available at the time of order, we will contact you for further instructions. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Service times include warehouse processing time.

PO Boxes:

We cannot send shipments to P.O. Boxes with UPS, all orders requiring a P.O. Box must be sent by Canada Post. If you still need UPS, you must provide a street address.

Safe Drop or “Leave at Door”

Zuga Natural Sweetener (www.zuga.ca) is not liable for loss or theft of any orders where the customer chooses a shipping option with “leave at door”, or leaves a note in their order to “leave at door” (or similar wording). The customer accepts the responsibility to track the order and ensure they pick it up.

Extra Shipping:

-Shipments that require extra shipping charges levied by UPS or Canada Post may not qualify for free shipping and standard shipping.

-This is an infrequent occurrence and applies to shipments of excessive weight or size or those arriving at Specific Postal Codes, especially remote areas.

-Orders requiring multiple boxes may require additional charges, usually, with UPS this is not the case.

-These additional charges are quoted by email and/or phone, prior to shipping.

Exceptions:

In some cases, the shipping charge supplied to us at the time of checkout (and consequently, our reduced charge applied to you) changes. These changes are at the sole discretion of the shipper (Canada Post or UPS). When there is a change of this kind, we will contact you by email or phone (you may have to pay more if the charge was increased or receive a refund because the shipping charge was reduced)

Note:

-You can pay extra shipping charge via our secure website (Stripe or PayPal Payment).

-We cannot charge your card again without your permission.

US and International orders:

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

Problems:

If you have any problems with your package please NOT discard it. We need clear photos showing all problems so that we can file a claim with the shipping company. You will not be eligible for compensation for every item, without clear photos of every item being claimed for. Click here to contact us or mail at office@zuga.ca
